How to Shortlist Helpers
Browse helper profiles, use the available filters to find candidates that match your household needs, and shortlist the helpers you would like to receive full details for.
Browse available helper profiles
Start by browsing the profiles listed on the website. You can review helpers based on the information displayed on each profile.
- Look through the available nannies, cleaners, caregivers, and domestic workers.
- Use the wide search and filters to narrow down profiles that match your requirements.
- Filter according to the type of helper, location, experience, availability, or other important needs.
View profile details
When you find a helper who appears to meet your requirements, click the View Details button to open the profile pop-up.
- Read through the helper's profile information carefully.
- Check the helper's experience, skills, location, and availability.
- Only continue if the candidate still looks suitable for your household.
Add suitable helpers to your shortlist
If you are still interested after reviewing the profile, click Add to Shortlist on the profile pop-up.
- You may shortlist up to 4 helpers.
- Choose only the candidates that best match your household needs.
- You can compare your selected helpers before completing the process.
Complete the shortlist request and payment
To complete the shortlist process, click Shortlist, fill in the required form, and pay the once-off R300 shortlist fee.
- After submitting the form, you will be redirected to a secure Stitch payment page.
- Complete the payment on the Stitch page.
- The shortlist request will only be processed once the payment is successful.
Receive the candidate details by email
Once your payment is successful, you should receive an email within a few minutes containing the full details and documents for the candidates you shortlisted.
- Check your inbox and spam or junk folder.
- Review the full candidate details and supporting documents.
- Please contact us if you do not receive the email after completing payment successfully.
